TCDLA Juvenile Law Livestream [ZOOM]

This seminar will focus on handling juvenile cases with an emphasis on advocacy, mitigation and utilization of experts. The sessions will have experienced juvenile practitioners and juvenile advocates that will present advanced litigation strategies and practices to utilize zealous advocacy in understanding adolescent development. The goal of the presentation will be to improve overall juvenile representation.

At 9:00 am, LSJA’s Nydia Thomas will kick off the event with a presentation on Defending Youth in Confinement.

Participants will receive 7.50 CLE Hours and 1.00 Ethics Hours.
